What products can be embroidered?

How long does it take?

All products are embroidered in our Donnybrook store. Each item takes an average of 5-10 minutes depending on the name or message requested. There is no additional shipping time added to personalised orders. 

What thread colour should I choose?

We have suggested a recommended thread colour on each item that can be personalised however, should you need any help in choosing a thread colour please give us a call or email and we will happily suggest one that tones with the products you have chosen.
If no thread colour is chosen we will opt for the recommended thread colour in the description of the product.

What will it look like?

The longer the name or message the smaller the embroidered text will be. You can see examples of embroidered products above.

What if I have spelled the name incorrectly?

We try our best to intercept any orders that we feel may have been placed with incorrect spelling, however, please ensure you have spell checked each item before completing your order.
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, and products have been embroidered, no changes can be made to personalised items.

Can I bring my own items to be embroidered?

Unfortunately we do not offer this service.

For bespoke or large volume orders please email customercare@stork-co.com and one of our team will be able to assist you.

Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product itself is faulty.
